Blue Access-lets members review status on themselves and their dependents, view personal benefit information, receive emails when claims are final, and gives access to health information and programs designed for members.

EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
The employee assistance program is sponsored through Community Memorial Hospital to provide assistance in dealing with personal problems, which may affect your work or home life. The program
offers confidential, pre-paid personal counseling and consulting services to employees and family members. These services are provided by Master’s degreed, licensed professionals, and conducted
in private offices at times convenient to the employee. The main office is located in Alton with four additional satellite offices. To speak with a counselor or schedule a confidential appointment call 1-800-413-8008. Help is available 24 hours a day.
